Beginner Pilates Equipment

Beginner equipment classes will introduce clients to movement principles practiced in Pilates, acquaint clients with the different apparatus used, and incorporate various Pilates exercises to teach you the proper form for executing the exercises for maximum results.

Pilates Equipment

Pilates Equipment sessions will incorporate the use of the major Pilates apparatus: reformer, chair, tower and barrels to give you a well rounded, full body workout.

pilates for rehabilitation

Pilates for Rehab classes are led by our highly certified instructors. In these classes you will work on correcting posture, improving range of motion, supporting the spine, retraining musical and skeletal alignment, and are safe for sport and strength training. These classes are done in a semi-private setting. V Pilates small class size means that your instructor is able to provide you a customized experience and adjust the program for your unique individual needs.

This low impact exercise is designed to improve functional movement and enhance performance. We use a variety of equipment and exercises to modify the amount of resistance applied during exercise. This allows you to exercise without pain.
